Products

AustroSystems provides standardized, web-based workflow software products for niche service businesses. Our products may include tools for records, reports, reminders, documentation, and operational workflows. Unless agreed separately in writing, our products are not custom software development services.

Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting login credentials, and ensuring that account users comply with these terms.

Acceptable Use

You may not use our products to violate laws, infringe rights, transmit malicious code, disrupt service operations, attempt unauthorized access, or store content that is unlawful, harmful, or abusive.

Customer Data

Customers retain responsibility for the data they enter into our products. We process customer data to provide the service, maintain security, support users, and meet legal obligations.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid products may be sold as subscriptions or fixed-term software access plans. Prices, billing periods, included features, and renewal terms are shown at purchase or in the relevant product order flow. Payments may be processed by Paddle or another authorized payment provider.

Availability and Changes

We aim to provide reliable software, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features when needed for security, maintenance, compliance, or product development.

Intellectual Property

AustroSystems and its licensors own the software, design, branding, documentation, and related intellectual property. Customers receive a limited right to use the products according to these terms and the applicable subscription or order.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AustroSystems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the products.
