Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid AustroSystems software products, including subscriptions and fixed-term access plans purchased through our website, Paddle, or another authorized payment provider.

Refund Window

Customers may request a refund within 14 days of the initial purchase when the product does not meet their operational needs or when access cannot be provided as described.

Renewals

Renewal payments are generally non-refundable after the renewal date. If you believe a renewal was charged in error, contact us promptly and we will review the request in good faith.

How to Request a Refund

Send refund requests to contact@austrosystems.com with the customer name, purchase email, order reference, product name, and reason for the request. Requests may also be handled through Paddle when Paddle is the merchant of record for the transaction.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Bank, card, and payment provider processing times may vary.

Cancellations

Customers may cancel future renewals according to the product billing flow or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges but does not automatically refund past charges.

Abuse and Exceptions

We may decline refund requests involving abuse, fraud, repeated refund activity, violation of the Terms of Service, or use of the product beyond a reasonable evaluation period.
